Kathleen Emory

Kathleen L. Emory graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She worked for the Travis County Attorney’s office from 1999-2004 as a Victim/Witness Coordinator dealing with both misdemeanor criminal cases and civil protective order intake and preparation. Since being hired by Mr. Coldwell in 2004, she has focused her skills solely as a paralegal in family law cases.

Britany L. Wiggins

Britany L. Wiggins graduated from Blinn College with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science as a Paralegal in December of 2005. She has worked in family law matters since June of 2005 and brings her dedication, determination and passion to each case.  Britany was recently Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas.

Charlyne Ragsdale

Charlyne Ragsdale has worked in the legal field for over 30 years, with 25 years in the area of family law. She is a charter member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas. She became board certified in the area of family law in June, 1994, the first time that the opportunity for specialty certification for paralegals was offered in Texas. She served for 10 years on the board of the Texas Board of Legal Specialization for family law. She has been an active participant in the organization of and as a presenter at numerous continuing legal education seminars across the state.

Donna Steen

Donna L. Steen is a graduate of the University of Texas with a BA. While working for the Travis County District Attorney’s Office – Child Protection Team from 1989 through 1995, she assisted with numerous felony child abuse and Child Protective Services cases. Since 1995, she has been working exclusively in the area of family law. Donna has been Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2003. She has been with Coldwell | Bowes, LLP since 2007.
