Bradley M. Coldwell

Brad established his family law litigation practice in Austin in 1997. Over the last 14 years, he has garnered a reputation for passionately, skillfully, and, when necessary, aggressively representing his clients to help them achieve their goals. Mr. Coldwell has extensive experience handling high-conflict divorces and other family law matters, including complex property division, child custody disputes, modifications, and protective orders.

Charlie F. Bowes

Charlie Bowes is an experienced family law attorney, board certified in the area of Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Bowes has represented a wide range of clients in a variety of family law matters, including divorces involving complex property issues, modifications, child custody matters, and prenuptial agreements.

Charlie’s ability to craft creative settlement options and negotiate settlements in many difficult cases is a strong and vital asset to the firm. When settlement is not possible, Mr. Bowes is a skilled litigator and has extensive trial experience.

Micah Royer

Micah Royer began his career as a corporate attorney after graduating from the University of Texas School of Law. However, Micah soon found his passion in representing clients in the family law context. Micah has represented many clients in family law matters, including divorces, child custody disputes, grandparent cases, modifications, appeals, and enforcements. Micah was recognized by Texas Monthly in 2010 as a Rising Star in the area of family law.

Micah brings his dedication, enthusiasm, creativity, and hard work to each client that he represents, whether that be guiding the client through the settlement process or vigorously representing the client at trial.

Maggie Ellis

As a seventh generation Texan, and a resident of the Austin area for over 30 years, Maggie Ellis has been a longtime advocate for Central Texas families. Maggie received her Bachelor of Science in Applied Learning and Development from the University of Texas and her Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School.

Having volunteered for over sixteen years in the Austin and Leander Independent School Districts in addition to serving as a foster care and respite care provider, Maggie brings a unique perspective to handling all aspects of family law matters. While passionately representing her clients, Maggie's primary focus is working toward a peaceful resolution that is in the best interest of her clients and their families.
