Caitlin Boland

Associate Attorney

Caitlin, a native of Manhattan, New York, brings the distinctive style and commanding presence of her hometown to her legal practice at Coldwell Bowes.


After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree with honors in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Michigan, Caitlin began her career as a paralegal in Manhattan. Caitlin then moved to Austin, Texas, to attend the University of Texas School of Law. During her time at UT Law, Caitlin dedicated her efforts to the Domestic Violence Clinic, where she served as first chair in family law trials and gained a solid foundation in the intricacies of family law issues.


Prior to joining Coldwell Bowes, Caitlin worked as a Law Clerk at another prominent family law firm while completing her juris doctorate. During this time, she became familiar with the exceptional trial skills and courtroom prowess of the attorneys at Coldwell Bowes and aspired to join their firm. Caitlin joined Coldwell Bowes in August of 2023.


Caitlin is able to continually achieve favorable results for her clients in part due to her clear and consistent communication with clients and un-yielding tenacity.


Outside the office, Caitlin is an avid animal lover, often accompanied by her loyal dog, Bandit.
